The Online Stat Book is a website created by Rice University. This website allows you to run various statistical simulations based on topic. For example, you can explore confidence intervals by running simulations. All you have to do is input the initial conditions and the program will run the simulation for you. This website is very beneficial to an AP Statistics class, as it allows you to represent various statistical concepts without spending time running the long, drawn out calculations. Not only can you explore and learn statistical concepts using this website, but you can also run actual statistical simulations and analyze them youself! The downfall to this website is that it is not incredibly user-friendly. Unless you have a basic background in statistics, it can be a bit confusing to use effectively.
