You must see this! I do not care what area you teach -- Mouse Party is a hoot. This site shows the effects of different drugs on cartoon mice. At this site you see mice on drugs and then you get to see the effect of the drug on the synapses of in the mouse brain. There are 7 mice "high" on: Methamphetamine, Alcohol, Marijuana, Heroine, Ecstasy, Cocaine, and LSD. The site is a nice illustration to show students/children what drugs do the the brain. Check out the lethargic Heroine mouse on the couch or the twitchy Cocaine mouse wringing his paws in the corner of the cage. Make sure you have you sound turned on.
